SENIOR CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER
As the business grew from a $250 million-dollar company to a $2 billion-dollar company, the creative team quickly evolved its design standards, processes, and strategic thinking on how to make enterprise management software fun in an otherwise "unfun" industry.
Over the course of 11 years, I built the in-house creative services organization of 17 talented team members. I introduced and formalized the creative processes, marketing request and digital asset management systems. I frequently directed and produced creative content. By the time I departed Quest Software, our team had completed over 9450 requests for various video, print, online and event deliverables.

Role: Senior Creative Services Manager
Campaigns at Quest Software would range differently based on the size, duration and budget. Each campaign would have its own unique marketing mix. The SQL Server Rock Star campaign had a number of marketing deliverables across the board: print ads, online ads, trade shows and videos.

Annual Kickoff Sales Conference

It's that time of the year again to get your sales pump on!
Role: Senior Creative Services Manager
At the beginning of the year, sales and marketing organized a large conference to take a look at the year ahead and rally around our common goals. In addition to running the conference, marketing was tasked with developing a creative theme that would compliment the company's business objectives and entrepreneurial spirit.

Data Protection and Desktop Virtualization

The team and I produced explainer videos before they became super cool.
Role: Senior Creative Services Manager
We won a couple of Telly Awards for these cartoony explainers.
My team co-wrote, produced and directed "Quest Software - Data Protection Simplified", an animated video that won a silver Telly Award in the "Computers and Information Technology" category, and a bronze Telly Award in the "Use of Animation" category.

2005, 2008, 2012 Corporate Rebrand

More than just taking care of logos and taglines.
Role: Senior Creative Services Manager
My team and I spearheaded the delivery of 3 major Quest Software rebrands, and the rebrand of 30 acquired companies for an ever-evolving portfolio of 250 products. Each product, and thier respective product families, had its own global marketing assets: online/offline advertising, print, events, video and digital media. As the creative services department, we enforced the Quest Software brand and its high quality standards.

ABOUT ME

Hey there! Thanks for dropping by. I'm currently heading up the creative vision at PlaiPix, where we transform pet photos into magical AI portraits.

Before diving into the world of AI-generated pet art, I've worn many creative hats at places like Realidyne, Monster VR, Neudesic, and Quest Software. I'm that person who gets equally excited about traditional marketing campaigns and the mind-blowing possibilities of AR, VR, and generative AI. My secret sauce? Do the homework, cook up a killer creative strategy, and mix just the right tech ingredients to send your story soaring. Because at the end of the day, it's all about making people feel something and inspiring them to take action.

I studied English Literature with a side of Economics at Loyola Marymount University. I've got a Google Digital Marketing certification, but what really keeps me going is playing with the latest AI tools. When I'm not geeking out over new tech, I'm hanging in Laguna Hills with my crew – my wife, two sons, two daughters, one cat, and three angel fish.

What I've been feeding my brain lately: Everything Is F*cked: A Book About Hope, by Mark Manson, The Three-Body Problem, by Liu Cixin, The Bonesetter's Daughter, by Amy TanCalypso, by David Sedaris, The Stone Sky, by N. K. Jemisin, The Lost Symbol, by Dan Brown, Unoffendable, by Brant Hansen, Dune, by Frank Herbert, Outliers, by Malcolm Gladwell, Recursion, by Blake Crouch
